We accept computer files by floppy disk, Zip disk, CD Rom or over the internet. While we can work with most file formats, it's more efficient (and less costly) if you save your files in a commonly used format. We ask that you submit your files, if possible, in the following format: IBM PC Format, Adobe Illustrator Version 3.0 (.ai or .eps extensions), and save text to paths (in case we don't have that special font).

Files can be attached to an e-mail message that you send to us. For information on how to attach files to your e-mail, click here. Macintosh files are accepted, but there is an additional conversion process required to make the files usable in our PC based systems.

We also can work with bitmap files of all types (.bmp, .wmf, .tif, .jpg, .gif) but .tif files often prove to attain the best results. Other formats include CorelDraw files (.cmx or .cdr), CAD Drawing Program files (.dxf), Photoshop files, Pagemaker files, and more...

Please note that common Desktop Publishing Programs such as WordPerfect or Microsoft Word do not allow translation into formats commonly used in the sign industry. Work submitted in these formats must be rebuilt from scratch and will incur additional artwork charges.
